Arkas Academy’s 2018-19 “My Future, Arkas Intern Development Programme” for the students in Arkas Narlidere Vocational and Technical High School is complete with success.
For the second time this year, 22 senior students in Arkas Narlidere Vocational and Technical High School completed the program and received their certificates.
The program creates a thorough introduction to Arkas, the operations of the company and its sector and aims to develop students’ professional awareness, the potential for self-development and teach them the skills of research and solution-oriented thinking.
The students earned the chance to do a very comprehensive internship of nine months, through which they could set the paths for their future and gain more awareness in the course.
Stronger with Mentor Support
The “My Future, Arkas” program brings Arkas professionals with vast experience in the company who can provide invaluable advice in company politics, corporate requirements, work strategies and career orientation to the students in the program.
Student Scores throughout the Term
Students receive an average achievement score based on the vocational training and pre-pos, test results they have participated during their internship, their performance in the internship department and the Mentoring process. This final grade defines the most successful students in the term.
At the graduation ceremony attended by Arkas Holding CEO Lucien Arkas, the students shared the excitement and happiness of graduating from this comprehensive program with their families and friends.
